Nancy Anderson Counseling

Description of Services:  Nancy B. Anderson, MA, CMHC provides individual mental health and integrative counseling services to adults, specializing in trauma resolution, mood disorders, self esteem, and spiritual growth. Nancy is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing - a trauma resolution approach) and Internal Family Systems and is a certified EMDR consultant.  She has also received intensive training in earth based spirituality as a spiritual path, philosophy and healing art.  She combines modern psychotherapy and trauma resolution approaches with ancient healing practices. She is the owner of Nancy Anderson Counseling, which includes herself and Pippa Thomas, MS, ACMHC.
