Mission: The mission of the Moab Area Community Land Trust (MACLT) is to create permanently affordable housing by preserving land held in trust in Moab City, Grand County, and northern San Juan County. MACLT is currently developing a 300-unit subdivision called Arroyo Crossing, which will offer single-family homes, twinhomes, townhomes, cottages, and apartments for sale and for rent for low- to moderate-income households working in the local area.
