Vision
The Moab Free Health Clinic is partnering with the Hope Alliance from Park City to provide eye care to the Moab community. If you are uninsured, underinsured, and/or at or below 200% of the FPL, register for one of our quarterly clinics to receive a full eye exam by the visiting optometrist, Dr. Scott Farrell, as well as a free pair of prescription glasses. The Clinic can also provide glasses adjustments by appointment year round.
Prescription Assistance, Financial Aid, Medicaid Applications
Do you need help paying for you prescriptions? Many pharmaceutical companies today have patient prescription assistance programs that can help low income patients pay for their medicine. The Free Health Clinic can help you with the application and to get started.
We can also help you with the applications for financial aid with other hospitals, including but not limited to: Moab Regional Hospital, St. Mary’s, and University of Utah.
We will also offer guidance and help on Utah State Medicaid applications, often a prerequisite for receiving financial aid through an institution.
