MentorWorks Sober Living
Description of Services
The Foundation for Family Life and the MentorWorks program assists addicts, alcoholics, and ex-offenders through a relationship with trained mentors. Together, we help develop a workable "Success Plan" for transition into mainstream society.
MentorWorks mission is to assist addicts, alcoholics and ex-offenders through trained mentors who help develop a workable "Success Plan" for transition into mainstream society. Their plan encourages goals, timelines, and motivations for developing a life of success and productivity for themselves, their family, and community. The plan also incorporates goals to "give back" to the community. The ultimate objective is for MW's helping hand to become a hand-up, promoting self-reliance, self-worth, and healthy family relationships. It is important to note that nearly 100% of MW clients are low to moderate income individuals and live in low to moderate income neighborhoods.
