Four Corners Community Behavioral Health

Description of Services

The Mission of Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, Inc. is to offer highly responsive and effective mental health and substance abuse services to the residents and communities of Carbon, Emery and Grand Counties.

Services:
· Substance abuse assessments
· Intensive outpatient programs – substance abuse services provided by licensed staff four evenings each week for adults and youth
· Free mental health assessments in emergencies
· Mental health outpatient treatment- provided by licensed staff for adults, youth, and families for all diagnosed mental health disorders
· Psychiatric evaluations- licensed psychiatrist is available at the Moab office to do evaluations, prescribe and do follow ups for youth and adults
· Interact Clubhouse- program offs a work-ordered day, job placement, and educational development opportunities for consumers recovering from severe and persistent mental illnesses
· Youth job preparation- prevent pre-marital pregnancy, a summer-work program, job placement, and coaching
· DUI assessments
· DUI classes- regularly scheduled and the Moab office
· Substance use prevention programs, Narcotics Anonymous,- research validated substance use prevention programs are ongoing; community and school-bases
